What is a mentor? Well, on a deeper level it’s like having a coach. And with both cases, coaching and mentoring, there are differences between good influences and “not so good” influences . . .

Growing Older, Growing Strong

It has been said that youth is wasted on the young and as I age, I agree more and more with that statement everyday.

Men reach their physical peak at about age 30 and their sexual peak at about age 18. That just doesn’t seem right, at least not to me as I sailed past these peaks and didn’t even know they existed. Now that I am on the downward slide toward old age, I think that someone should do something about reversing this error in our DNA . . .

Must be willing to commit to schedules and work overtime when required. Salary starts at ‘feeling great about yourself’, and can rise as high as ‘long life’ and ‘comfortable living.’

Your health is a full-time job. It needs to be taken seriously, and often the key to this is organization. What do I mean? Try this exercise . . .
