Time is literally running out. Anyone who is serious about losing a few pounds before swimsuit season is here should act right now.
I know of so many people who will go to the beach in their clothes, but will not put so much as a foot in the water. Why you ask? Because they don’t want to be seen in their bathing suit. And that’s too bad, that they deprive themselves such enjoyment. But it is also understandable.
Weight is a HUGE issue in our society. But weight gain is just the tip of a big iceberg and it is called our toxic load.
When we become toxic our body will dilute the toxins and encapsulate them. And that is a major reason people we start to swell up. But as long as we don’t “look too bad” most ignore their toxic load.
Simply losing weight does not cause you to detoxify your body. In fact, losing weight can actually cause you to become more toxic as the toxins are now more concentrated in your tissues! On the other hand, when you detox, you do lose weight!
How toxic are we as a society? Did you know that nursing mother’s almost always have toxic milk that they are feeding their babies!
The New York Times article says the following: “When we nurse our babies, we feed them not only the fats, sugars and proteins that fire their immune systems, metabolisms and cerebral synapses. We also feed them, albeit in minuscule amounts, paint thinners, dry-cleaning fluids, wood preservatives, toilet deodorizers, cosmetic additives, gasoline byproducts, rocket fuel, termite poisons, fungicides and flame retardants.”
If you are a nursing mom, realize that switching to formula will not get rid of toxins as the formulas themselves have trace amounts of various toxins. Detox yourself with something that has been scientifically proven. It is the only way to go.
