You Don’t Know That You Don’t Know

We go through various stages in learning in life.  And when it comes to something new the first stage is that we know nothing.  And until we start to learn, we don’t know that we don’t know.

The next stage once we begin to learn is that we realize that we don’t know, or to put it another way, “We know that we don’t know”.

And then comes learning and we get it.  We know what we know.  New knowledge and we go forward from there.

Finally comes the last stage, where we know about this topic … and we don’t have to think too hard about it.  This is the “We Don’t Know That We Know Stage”.  This is where we  just do it.

And when it comes to our health, I guess that I’m at a number of stages at the same time. I Know that I Don’t Know a  lot about health.  There is always so much more to learn.  But I also know that I do know what I know every now and then, I do realize that I have some knowledge.  And sometimes I surprise myself when I discover that I don’t know that I know.

And that said, I think we ( at Awakening Potentials) do have something to offer to help you live your life to the fullest.  I’m not just  talking about our Detox Workshop on May 14th.  I know that there is so much to learn, and we are going to share with you what we have learned over the years.  And it continues to grow with time.  This is Detox workshop is going to be good, so if  you can, join us.

    Hi Tony,

When it comes to my health, I’m always learning something new from you, JP or Marcelle.

Just last week, I had a bout of food poisoning. I was nauseated, my stomach was sore, irritated, but worst of all, I was extremely fatigued and my muscles did not want to move. When I cancelled two personal training sessions with JP because I was so weak, he suggested I come in for a one-hour session of acupuncture.

JP uses these very fine acupuncture needles which he inserts painlessly. I was very impressed when upon the insertion of one needle, I started breathing very deeply and effortlessly and could feel my energy coming back in a huge way. JP explained to me that he had just triggered the acupuncture point for my diaphragm. Yup, that would explain why my breathing had improved.

The following day, I was out on my sundeck doing squats, push-ups and kung fu kicks. This week, I started my personal training sessions again with JP, feeling full of energy.

I have gone to JP before for acupuncture for sore muscles and various aches and pains, but I didn’t know acupuncture could work so quickly on food poisoning.

Looking forward to hearing more new information from the Awakening Potentials team at your May 14th Detox Workshop.
