That is a familiar sound I hear, especially from middle aged women. “I exercise every day. Pilates twice a week, weights twice a week and stair stepping on the other day. And I just can’t lose weight.”

Getting Back on Track

Summer is great! You go outside, meet with some friends in an outdoor café,
go to the cottage, enjoy the campfire or maybe fly away to great destination. It
is a time that conveys to a relaxed attitude.

This relaxed attitude unfortunately shows up in what we eat and what we
accomplish… often we indulge in a bit too much of the wrong food or wine and the
dreams and goals that we had set for ourselves have been slowly pushed back and… forgotten.

It is good to let go for a short time but that is the key… a short time.
Summer is quickly moving on, it is time to re-group.
