Are you doing everything you are supposed to and still have difficulty reaching goals?
When it comes to goals, there is no lack of opinions out there. It reminds me of a friend of mine, let’s call him Peter, who was digging a trench around his house to control flooding rain water. This was a summer long process and over the summer, every neighbor on the street came by and each had a special piece of advice for him. Now Peter told me he always had an extra shovel stuck in the dirt where he was working, and never, not even once, did any of the advice givers offer to pick up that extra shovel and help out. Advice is cheap. Action is a different story.
Lots of advice out there on reaching your life’s goals, but do you feel like the picture of the rope to the upper left. Hanging on by a thread as time and effort have worn away your endurance.

Hi Tony,
In the past year, through exercise and healthy eating, I have lost 10% of my body fat, increased my muscle mass, and increased my fitness levels.
Yesterday, I appreciated your suggestion that I try an anti-inflammatory supplement to reduce my belly fat. Today, I tried it for breakfast; I really like the taste and how it satisfies me. It certainly has less calories than what I normally eat. I feel excited that this may be the missing puzzle to getting rid of my “spare tire.”
Speaking of spare tires, last night during my personal training session with JP Brunelle, I had a hard time touching my toes because my spare tire was in the way. JP demonstrated that I was breathing incorrectly. Using proper breathing techniques, I was able to touch my toes for 30 seconds, and get a good stretch for the backs of my legs. I grabbed my spare tire, shook it and told JP that I wanted to get rid of it so that my chest would eventually touch my knees, like they do in the yoga commercials.
Yup, I’m going to take waist size and weight measurements and report back to you on my results in three weeks.
