When I find something I like, that is head and shoulders above the rest, I can’t help sharing it with others. So here I go because we’ve just discovered a real gem of a romantic get-away.
Marcelle and I take time every year to go over our Ultimate Wake Up workshop. It takes about 3 days and so we find some place where we can focus on the job at hand. And this year, we found the nicest Bed and Breakfast we have ever visited ever. And it is only a short ride from our home in Ottawa, Ontario.
I am talking about a turn of the 20th century lumbar barons estate. Built in 1910, this has now been turned into the most incredible B & B we have ever stayed at. The rooms have kept much of their original workings and you can feel the history in this manor. On top of that, breakfast consisted of eggs Benedict, omlets and more.
So if you are looking for a romantic get-away, you have to give this a try. Privacy, and opulence and at great prices.
Check it out, it is so worth it.

My husband and I stay here every year for a night or two in the late fall. The hosts are wonderful and the B&B is fab, tres comfortable and the food is soooo tasty!
