Life’s TOP 5 REGRETS

Dying patients, usually in their last few weeks of life, wrote about the top five regrets:

  1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
  2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
  3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
  4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
  5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

The Christmas/New Years season is the time many people get depressed, have low energy and begin to question their relationships and goals.  Why is life not working out the way I wanted it to?  Whats the point?  Life is OK, it’s just blah.

It’s easy to just give up on yourself and
quietly live a life without direction or meaning.

We all get down at times.  But you have to get up again and again and again.  That is life, and that is what life is about.  It’s not the getting knocked down that counts, it the “getting up again” .  My point?  Don’t wait until you are on your death bed to start changing your life.

When I say we can help you start to take care of that wish list above, to live a life true to yourself, on of meaning, excitement and happiness, I mean it.  Come to the Ultimate Detox and discover why Dawn Ford said the following:  “I don’t like Awakening Potentials.  I LOVE Awakening Potentials!!!  Best best best consultants ever!  Thank you Dr. Tony and Marcelle”

    Hi Tony,

    After having been to several of your workshops and having participated in your one-on-one sessions for many years, I don’t have regrets about my life.

    You have shown me how to:
    * look deep within and identify subconscious blocks;
    * see the beauty that surrounds me;
    * engage with people who have similar interests and values that I have;
    * forgive those who have hurt me;
    * recognize how I have affected others in a positive way;
    * be kind to myself and follow my dreams.

    I have found that in order to feel fulfilled, there is a fine balance between serving others and looking after my own needs. Maintaining that balance does make my life feel meaningful, exciting and filled with many happy moments. And yes, it does take work, good judgement and wisdom to go through life’s ups and downs.

    Living a life of meaning, enjoying the moment… these are the things that, in the end, seem to make the difference. Thanks for sharing Francoise!
